Dario Rosidi
Dario Rosidi is a Senior Principal Geotechnical Engineer with Jacobs and the Geotechnical Lead for the DCA. He has led geotechnical and seismic investigation and design teams for numerous projects with similar aspects to those contemplated for the Delta Conveyance Project. Most notably, he was the Geotechnical and Seismic Lead for the initial WaterFix Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement and the Geotechnical Segment Lead for the California High Speed Train Project. Other representative projects include: the APM Container Terminal in Costa Rica which included dredging and filling a sea floor for construction of a new container terminal; the Caltrans State Route 710 Tunnel Technical Study to evaluate technical feasibility of a tunnel alternative; the Panama Canal Third Set of Lock where he reviewed and provided comments on project performance criteria, contractor design, and construction approaches; and the Waikato and Waitaki Dam System in New Zealand where he led the development of site-specific seismic ground motions and fault rupture to be used for seismic safety and strengthening evaluations of existing dams.
Dario has a wide range of experience with the facilities of the Delta Conveyance Project, including intakes, pumping plants, tunnels, embankments, deep below-grade structures, bridges, foundations, and ground improvement and the expertise to plan, evaluate, design and implement the results from geotechnical and hydrogeologic investigation programs and studies.

Habibie RAzak
Habibie Razak is Professional Engineer/Project Director/General Manager with 20+year of experiences stationed at McConnell Dowell Jakarta Office. He previously worked at Surbana Jurong SMEC Indonesia as Country Director and worked at Tractebel as LNG & Gas Product Director, Senior Project Manager & Business Developer based in Jakarta. He got involved in project management as well as proposal and business development activities for renewable energy, power, oil & gas and infrastructure projects for Indonesia and South-East Asia operation.
Habibie has been working as project manager in various industries from nickel and coal mining, power station and LNG development. He is a civil engineer and licensed as professional engineer of Indonesia licensed by the Institution of Engineers, Indonesia since 2010 and is licensed as ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) as the result of ASEAN Economic Community agreement on Engineering Services. Complementing his credentials, he has been a registered ASEAN Engineer as well as registered as APEC Engineer.
He’s actively providing inputs and recommendations of Indonesia energy policy strategy to the institution of Engineers, Indonesia (PII) for them to be followed-up to the national decision maker. Personally, he is empowering the study of energy resources such as LNG & gas, renewable energy, which are feasible to be developed in order to reduce the energy and electricity subsidy. He is campaigning energy and electricity solution by attending seminar, workshop, conference both nationally and internationally including to presenting technical papers and articles as part of his campaigns.
